This is a logo redesign for the TPSS Co-op. TPSS stands for Takoma Park and Silver Spring which were the two store locations. I created a new design that was more flexible and contemporary. The TPSS Co-op Logo Applications (PDF 1.71 MB) describes the context and solution in more detail and illustrates the ways that the logo could be integrated into signage and grocery bags.
I always brainstorm multiple logos before settling on the most appropriate design, and you can see some of them below.
